Responsibilities:
Be part of a crew in daily lawn care and snow removal operations.
- Perform and oversee residential & commercial mowing, and lawn/landscape maintenance.
- Complete snow removal services for residential & commercial properties.
- Complete sprinkler system blowouts and seasonal maintenance.
- Apply fertilization safely and professionally.
- Communicate professionally with both customers and team members.
- Train, support, and motivate crew members to ensure high-quality service.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in lawn care, snow removal, and related services (Dethatching, Landscape Pruning, Overseeding, Fertilization, Edging, Sprinkler Blow-Out, etc.).
Strong knowledge and experience of commercial equipment operation and maintenance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Current Commercial Pesticide License or willing to obtain.
NO FELONIES – background check required!
Must be able to work nights/weekends with weather related events.
